Elizabeth Byrd Carlson

Elizabeth is a state licensed and board certified massage therapist. She began her career 10 years ago working with chiropractic and physical therapy practices. She worked with the Yale University track team, retired NFL players, and post-op and post injury clients. She is currently completing courses for a medical massage therapist certification. Elizabeth combines her experience in athletic, deep tissue, and recovery massage with intuitive, healing, and Shamanic energy work. She is adept in many modalities including: pre and post natal, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, Reiki, Swedish and deep tissue, and trigger point therapies.
